1. Next-Day Delivery Promise
We are committed to offering next-day delivery on qualifying orders. Next-day delivery cannot be guaranteed to orders placed after 5:00 PM SG time, excluding public holidays. To qualify for next-day delivery, the following conditions must be met:
- The order must be placed and confirmed before the cut-off time on a business day.
- The delivery address must be within our eligible delivery zone.
- The payment must be successfully processed at the time of checkout.
Orders placed after the cutoff time or on weekends/holidays will be processed on the next business day, with delivery occurring on the following business day.
2. Exclusions
Next-day delivery is not available for the following:
- Orders containing less than 2 items.
- Orders shipped to international addresses.
- Orders placed the day before public holidays (next business day delivery applies).
We are not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to weather conditions, transportation delays, or incorrect address details provided by the customer.
3. Shipping Times for Non-Next-Day Orders
For all other orders not eligible for next-day delivery, the standard shipping times are as follows:

4. Processing Time

Shipping is free for all orders. However, MaxMass Protein reserves the right to make changes to our shipping policy at any time depending on unforeseen 3rd party shipping charges that may be incurred.
6. Order Modifications and Cancellations
Once an order has been placed and processed, modifications or cancellations cannot be guaranteed, especially for next-day delivery orders. We recommend reviewing your order carefully before submitting it.
7. Delivery Issues & Claims
If your order does not arrive within the promised time frame, please contact us immediately. We will investigate the issue and make every effort to resolve it as quickly as possible. However, delays caused by external factors such as the courier service, weather, or natural disasters are not the responsibility of MaxMass Protein.
8. Incorrect Shipping Information
Please ensure that your shipping information is correct at the time of purchase. If an order is delayed or undeliverable due to incorrect address details provided by the customer, we cannot be held responsible for any delays or shipping fees incurred.
9. Force Majeure
MaxMass Protein will not be held responsible for delays or failures to meet delivery promises due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to weather disruptions, strikes, pandemics, or technical issues.
